The senior Ireland RL Men’s squad met up at Hopwood Hall College for a two-day camp last month which brought many players together for the first time under new Ireland Head Coach Ged Corcoran and assistant Joe O’Callaghan.
“It was a superb weekend,” Corcoran said, “We met on Friday and trained together on Saturday. It was a great turnout from everyone that came and it was excellent to get the chance to work with everyone again after so long.”
“We found it really beneficial to meet up ahead of the Rugby League World Cup and all the players really bought into what we had to say.”
“Hopwood Hall couldn’t do enough for us and we are really thankful of their support.”
