Sport Ireland recognise the importance of sport and physical activity not only for physical health but also for mental health.
As the country continues to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and government advice it is important to remember that it is still possible to #BeActive
Over the coming days and weeks Sport Ireland will be sharing ways and ideas to maintain physical activity. Many individual sports such as walking, running and cycling allow for continued participation while still adhering to social distancing guidelines, additionally now is the perfect time for people/families to get involved in modified versions of sport and skills practice.
