1. General Principles

Rugby League Association of Ireland CLG operates on a not-for-profit basis. Programme contributions are used solely to cover actual costs.

2. When Contributions Become Non-Refundable

Once costs such as flights, accommodation, competition entry fees or kit orders have been confirmed or paid by RLI, contributions may become partially or fully non-refundable.

3. Player Withdrawal

Where a player withdraws before costs have been committed, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of RLI, subject to administrative and supplier charges.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Programme Cancellation

If a programme is cancelled by RLI, unused funds will be refunded where reasonably possible.
